At Anka Relic, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and artistic value of our handmade sculptures and restoration projects. Each piece is a unique "relic," often involving vintage or upcycled components. Because of the bespoke and artistic nature of our work, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns & Cancellations

  • Artisanal Nature: Since our products are one-of-a-kind artistic creations or customized items, we do not accept returns based on "change of mind" or aesthetic preference once the item has been delivered.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the shipping process or custom production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We place the highest priority on secure packaging, but if your relic arrives damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us at ankarelichandmade@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Upon review, we will offer a repair, a replacement (if possible), or a full refund for the damaged item.

3. Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized "relics."

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or promotional event.

  • Digital archive access or related digital services once the code has been used.
