• Custom Commissions: For bespoke relics or custom restoration projects, the processing time varies (usually 2-4 weeks). You will be notified of the estimated timeline via email.

2. We are proud to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders globally. We partner with premium carriers to ensure your relic reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, regardless of your location.

• Global Delivery Estimate: Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days once shipped, depending on the destination and customs processing.

3. Packaging & Security Every relic is a unique piece of art. We use industrial-grade protective materials and custom boxing to ensure your item arrives in pristine condition.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your "Anka Relic" journey in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes While express shipping is free, Anka Relic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
